December 4th Enhancement SIG to feature three new Photo Challenge Images.
The idea of the challenge is to take a look at how different people interpret
and apply their personal touch to the same image.
To participate in the challenge, members need to download the high quality image files from the Photo Challenge Page and work their magic.
There are no rules other than you must still be able to recognize the enhanced photo as being derived from the original photo. You can turn it into a work of art such as a painting, a sketch, a cartoon, an abstract, or you can just make into a better photo. It's up to you.
Feel free to let your creativity and imagination run wild, or show off your skills at creating a great photo using your favorite post processing software.

Enhancement SIG meets 1st Wednesday in Orchard Creek Lodge Multi-purpose Room at 8:30 AM
The Enhancement SIG will be coordinated by Kate McCarthy. The formats will include incorporating Photo Challenges, monthly review and critique (if requested) of members' work, and discussion of the various methods and programs for photo editing.
If members would like specific presentations on software and/or process, please let Kate know. We will look for members who can provide some experience in this area to lead that particular SIG. Our photo club has a wealth of experience and expertise, so the success of the Enhancement SIG will be a community effort.
Next Enhancement SIG Meeting - Wednesday February 6th 2019
This meeting will feature the return of the Image Processing Interpretive Challenge.
Below is a photo you can download and work your magic on. Then bring it to the February 6th Photo Enhancement SIG meeting and show us what you did.

To download the photo simply click on it and you will be directed to a Google Drive folder containing the photo.
From there hover your mouse over the photo and a download icon will appear. Click on the icon and you will be able to download it to your computer.
